Full refurbishment and ground floor extension of a Victorian, flint faced terrace house in Chapel Road Conservation area, within the Borough of Adur & Worthing. Design work includes

- Ground floor rear extension with a pitched & vaulted roof and traditionally styled fenestration

- Detailed bathroom design included panelled joinery and arched shower enclosure

- Specification of reinstated period details including mouldings and fireplaces

- Specification and layouts of new electrics, heating and plumbing
